Dr. Riedel was excellent to work with over several visits. I needed a root canal, crowns, and deep scale cleaning. He explained everything in an easy to understand and friendly manner, always making it clear that the choice was mine whether to have the work done, and there was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch. I have had bad experiences at other dentists plenty of times before, so I really appreciated everyone in this office, especially Trinity at the front desk who worked with me on pricing to meet my needs.
