Visited Arsenal Modern Dentistry twice so far and had a great experience each time. I hadn’t been to the dentist or had my teeth cleaned for a few years, so I was somewhat nervous about the checkup. At my first visit, Dr. Pearson was professional, kind, and empathetic toward my situation, and took great care to make me feel at ease. He was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the visit. All the dental assistants and admin staff were nice and professional, as well. They had no issue when I told them I was going to get the other required treatments at another dentist that my insurance cover more for. I visited the dentistry for a deep cleaning a few days after, and the hygienist Natalie was amazing! Because of the build up on my teeth, they needed a lot of work to be cleaned. Natalie explained everything nicely before the procedure, and made me feel comfortable from the get go. The procedure took more than two hours, and Natalie had to go over the scheduled time and use her lunch time to get it done for me. The entire experience was so much more pleasant than I anticipated. I’m very grateful to Natalie, Dr. Pearson, Jake, and all the other staff for their professionalism and care. I recommend Arsenal Modern Dentistry, especially if you’re looking for a place with more flexibility and availability.

Dr. Riedel was excellent to work with over several visits. I needed a root canal, crowns, and deep scale cleaning. He explained everything in an easy to understand and friendly manner, always making it clear that the choice was mine whether to have the work done, and there was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch. I have had bad experiences at other dentists plenty of times before, so I really appreciated everyone in this office, especially Trinity at the front desk who worked with me on pricing to meet my needs. Thank you to the whole office!
